H.E. Dr. Kenneth Kaunda

Kaunda

For a couple of years now, I have had the honour of accompanying H.E. Kaunda and his fellow Champions as they fight to conquer Aids in Africa.

WHY HE IS MY KIND OF PEOPLE

He was at the forefront of the struggle for independence from British rule.

He busts out in song at the best of times.

He is passionate about Africa.

He let me touch his hanky! THE hanky!

Gordon Tietjens

  • Gordon Tietjens
  • I met Gordon Tietjens in 2010. He was in Nairobi having been invited to be guest of honour at the Safari Sevens tournament, which Kenya won. I was part of the organising committee.

WHY HE’S MY KIND OF PEOPLE
He coaches the All Blacks Sevens team and they are awesome.
He is in the IRB Hall Of Fame.
He was genuinely happy to take this picture with me. (Check out that smile).
    Prince Harry photobombed his selfie.
